Risk Management
All Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Referees and Board Members must have or complete a Background Check through PAWest. The Background Check is good for 2 years. Every 2 years you must complete a Background Check. Without a Background Check you will not be eligible to Coach, Ref, or be a Board member. There are NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. EVERYONE MUST COMPLY. To complete the Background Check just click on link below and fill the form out. The cost is $10. Bring your receipt to a Board Member to get reimbursed. Coaches Classes
All Travel Coaches for the Connellsville Soccer Club starting Fall 2008 will be required to have or obtain at least an E Certification or License.
